Afternoon Delight

After a quick exercise break this afternoon, I made a 10 second protein smoothie. For those of us using Vision's Virtual Training app, this smoothie is a super healthy option for a post workout recovery treat. Leo, the Mighty Toddler needed a glass and straw too. He loved it! 

Here's the recipe and the macro nutrient breakdown in VVT. 

Raspberry Smoothie-

150 ml Almond Milk
30 g Frozen Raspberries
20 g Whey Protein Powder
Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
Ice
Mix on speed 9 for 5 - 7 seconds
