Pancakes - 2 ways

Morning everyone... This morning we have made pancakes two ways in the Thermie.  Medium Poppet and I made Thick and Tasty pancakes for the Big Guy and himself and I made Coconut flour pancakes for my post workout breakfast. Medium Poppet may or may not have added dark chocolate chips to his pancakes! Sssh...

Thick and Tasty Pancakes - Thermomix Recipe Community -

We have used this recipe several times and has never failed to impress. Today we used wholemeal self raising flour too.

Coconut Flour Pancakes - My own creation - 
17.05g Carbs  19.82g Protein  3.88g Fat for 4 pancakes

2 egg whites
25 g coconut flour or 1/4 cup
110g almond milk or 1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt
cinnamon 
1 teaspoon stevia
10g whey protein
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
sugar free maple syrup

Mixed all ingredients on speed 5 for 5 seconds and then scraped down the sides of the bowl and mixed for the same time again.
