After a quick training session at the gym this morning, I made the scone dough in the Thermie in under a minute. I rolled the dough, cut the scones and shoved them in the oven before school. From start to finish it took under 15 minutes. I whipped the cream too in 40 seconds and ran out the door to work.
I doubled the recipe and kept all the ingredients the same. Not a bad effort for a Friday morning.
